Documentary Subject

The person I chose for my documentary subject would definitely be my good friend Mike. He's one of the preachers at my church, and also was one of my youth group leaders. He's a great role model and I have a lot of respect for him and all the things he's taught me. Too add even more on how great of a person he is, he was in the marines when he was younger. He's told me many stories about what he experienced in the military and I think it would make a great documentry subject. I feel by getting very personal experiences and responses from real people, maybe our country can really understand how lucky we are to have great people risk their lives for us. This kind of interview could even be used to inspire others to join as well.

Here a few of the questions I would ask him:

1. What made you want to join the military/marines?

2.  Did you ever want to quit?

3. What other countries have you been to?

4. What was your best experience in the military?

5. If you didn't join the marines, what would you have done instead?

6.  How many years were you in the military?

7. Are you proud to have been a solider?

8. Why should someone join the military?

9.  Who was your inspiration?

10. Did you miss your family?
